This baking dish is perfect for cooking your favourite comfort foods, from shepherd’s pie to apple crumble. Around the outside a succession of leaping hares and moons is impressed in to the clay and the inside has my green wood ash glaze which has pooled to an opaque white with blue at the edges. There are some small white inclusions in the interior glaze which are a natural part of the wood ash.
